On April 2011, Konsort participated in SIMS (School Infrastructure Management System) workshop organized by Infrastructure Program Facility for Western Balkans, held in Tirana International Hotel. The workshop hosted important participants like Bank of Europe and Ministry of Education and Science.  After completing IT infrastructure and architecture assessment covering every pre-university institution, all over Albania, Konsort presented a demo version for the electronic system and also introduced E-MIS strategy for Ministry of Education.  

In April 2011 Konsort participated in the fair Trea Albexpo organized by Albanian Association of Information Technology (AITA) in collaboration with USAID Albania. The fair was organized in the Palace of Congresses Tirana and was comprised of intense meetings between Information Technology companies and tourism sector. This fair aimed to spot technological needs of tourism sector in Albania. Konsort followed proactive meetings and presented its services and solutions for this sector. 

On January 2011, Konsort successfully launched Albanian Electronic Bailiff Case & Management System (ALBIS) centralizing and reorganizing public and private bailiff sectors of Ministry of Justice. Konsort offered a modern case management system based on leading technologies like IBM Filenet, IBM Websphere Portal and GoPro. The system unified and automated bailiff service, sped up the execution of justice orders and improved monitoring and auditing process. Konsort accompanied this delivery with full-training services for IT staff and bailiff officers’ end users.  

January 2011 Vodafone Albania and Konsort signed the agreement for the implementation of the new analytical module of postpaid billing. Konsort was selected to design, develop and implement the new analytical module. This module would cover all the issues of postpaid billing and would manage them from an analytical and reporting point of view. The module would be of great help for all levels of management. 

On December 2010 the European Union’s Programme for the Western Balkans under Infrastructure Program Facility selected Konsort to be part of the project “Support Albania’s Ministry of Education and Science to develop a management framework for investments in pre-university educational facility”. Konsort successfully performed IT infrastructure and architecture assessment in all Education directories and regional offices all over Albania. 

The Albanian Ministry of Justice selected Konsort to build and deliver the new case management that would adjust to the reformed bailiff service and to the reorganized public and private sectors. By the end of 2010, Konsort introduced Electronic Bailiff Case & Document Management System. The collaboration between Konsort and Ministry of Justice resulted into a modern case management and automated workflow software properly integrated with existing IT systems. 

On September 2010, Konsort in collaboration with IBM presented Enterprise Content Management for the first time in Albania. The event was held at Tirana International Hotel and it was attended by representatives of important institutions, organizations and private businesses in Tirana. Introducing Enterprise Content Management and FileNet technology was an important step for the Albanian market. Konsort was proud to collaborate with IBM and present this solution. 

National Center of Continuing Education (NCCE), agency of Albanian Ministry of Health, selected Konsort to build and deliver a system that would automate, facilitate and improve the process of Accreditation and Recertification of health professionals. Konsort developed the solution using cloud infrastructure, offering an online asset that wisely substitutes the inconvenience of managing network equipments. Since 2010 NCCE possesses a system that efficently manages, monitors and controls the process of Accrediton and Recertification of health professionals.

On June 2010, Konsort was an important participant of the IT Conference organized by University of Tirana. Konsort presented all the challenges that the field of information technology faces and offered several solutions. The discussion ranged from information gathering, document management to resource planning and customer relationship management. It was  a lively conference with a proactive audience.
